Chronomètre FB 1 established the revived Ferdinand Berthoud language: extreme chronometric engineering, exposed marine-clock inspiration and very limited production aimed at collectors of modern independent haute horlogerie.

• 2015 — Chronométrie Ferdinand Berthoud introduced the first Chronomètre FB 1 collection with an octagonal case and suspended tourbillon movement.
• 2016 — Chronomètre FB 1 won the Aiguille d'Or, the top prize at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève.
• 2018 — The FB 1R.6-1 added a regulator-style display and carburised steel case to the FB 1 family.
